Project Launch MENTOR ONBOARDING steps
Our mentor onboarding process equips new mentors with the tools, training, and support needed to guide their mentees successfully. From orientation training to your first mentee meeting, we provide clear steps, resources, and ongoing support to ensure a positive and impactful mentoring experience.
As part of onboarding, all mentors are required to complete CORI/SORI background checks, provide references, and submit necessary documentation. These steps ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. With training, resources, and these essential requirements, mentors are prepared to guide their mentees confidently and effectively. Below are the tools and forms needed to complete onboarding.
