From RAW to Real World: 11th and 12th-graders discovered how RAW Alumni are shaping their industries, communities, and futures. “The RAW Effect” celebrates the journeys, challenges, and triumphs that turn ambition into action. This first-ever event put a new spin on "Career Night" centered on uplifting RAW Alumni voices in the workforce. Thank you to the RAW Alumni who volunteered their time to inspire!
